CANCELLATION POLICY
All cancellations and registration changes must be received in writing by email to Jennifer Traer jtraer@acsess.org. Cancellations received up to April 23, 2025, will be refunded less a $50 administrative charge. Substitutions from the same company are permitted at any time. Please notify ACSESS as soon as possible and no later than 24 hours prior to the event if you are planning to make a substitution. New Registrant(s) will receive confirmation and new Access Code(s) replacing those issued for cancelled delegate(s).
