Conference Cancellation Policy

Notice of cancellation must be received in writing by email to Jennifer Traer at jtraer@acsess.org by April 18, 2025. A refund of the full price paid less $150 plus 5% GST will be made. No refunds will be granted after April 18, 2025. Substitutions are permitted, member, affiliate and non-member price difference will still apply. Please notify ACSESS as soon as possible if you plan to make a substitution. ACSESS reserves the right to modify speakers and/or location, program content and program dates commensurate with unanticipated needs. ACSESS assumes no liability for such alterations.
