Dora Jajawi has been working in the Staffing Solutions & IT Solutions Industry since 2008 where she held a variety of leadership Sales and Strategy positions. She joined Synergie in 2024 as Canada`s General Manager, where she is responsible for the operational, financial and strategic management of all business departments.

Dora is proficient in six languages and has Secret level Canadian Government Security Clearance. Prior to joining Synergie, Dora worked as a Sales & Strategy Executive. Dora’s passion for helping the community led her to the involvement in various NGO`s with the aim of educating and amending legislation dealing with race relations, racial profiling and hate/bias crimes.  In addition, Dora served as a member on the Montreal Chapter of the International Institute of Business Analysts. Dora has completed her undergraduate studies in Political Science at Concordia University and her mini EMBA at McGill University.
