Irfan Ahmed is the Consulting Director at Procom, one of North America’s leading staffing and workforce management firms. With close to a decade of experience in the staffing and recruitment industry, Irfan specializes in connecting top talent with impactful opportunities across both the public and private sectors. He leads large, high-performing teams that deliver strategic staffing solutions for professional services and IT-enabled projects, with a strong focus on the federal government.

Irfan has also played an active role in shaping the staffing and consulting industry at a national level. He served as a Director on the board of the National Association of Canadian Consulting Businesses (NACCB) during the time of its merger with ACSESS. He continues to work with ACSESS to support initiatives that enhance the delivery of consulting and staffing services, particularly within the federal government sector.

Currently pursuing his Executive MBA at the Telfer School of Management (Class of 2026), Irfan remains committed to growth—both personal and professional. He also sits on the board of the Shepherds of Good Hope Foundation, a leading Ottawa-based organization dedicated to ending chronic homelessness and supporting people experiencing poverty, addiction, and mental health challenges.
