André Couillard has been working in the ITC staffing industry for over 30 years, participating in the startup of operations in Ottawa, Montreal, Quebec City and in Atlantic Canada.  In 2001, Mr. Couillard founded Procom Quebec Inc, a division of the Procom Group. He successfully grew the business to over $200 M annually with 1300 consultants on assignment.  

André was recently promoted to Executive Vice-President, Canada for Procom.  In this capacity, André oversees sales in 7 branches across Canada, representing 10,000 consultants on assignment.  André holds an eMBA from Concordia University and an active member of Access for 15 years.
