Art oversees enterprise risk and insurance programs across more than 60 countries, directs the organization’s business continuity programs, and strengthens the company's global operations by applying industry leading risk surveillance measures and analytics.  

A seasoned professional, Art has earned multiple industry designations, including ARM-E, AIC, ARM, ARM-P, and CBCP. His innovative approach to risk management has garnered recognition, including three consecutive RIMS Risk Maturity Model Awards for developing leading-edge enterprise risk management (RMM) programs. 

Art's expertise spans enterprise risk management, global insurance programs, business continuity, and M&A risk due diligence. He leverages this knowledge to navigate the complex landscape of international workforce compliance and risk mitigation for People2.0's clients, including staffing firms, recruiting agencies, and professional services organizations. 

Beyond his role at the company, Art shares his insights as an adjunct professor at St. Joseph University and has served on the Delaware Valley chapter of  Risk & Insurance Managers Society (RIMS) Board of Directors.
