Jeff brings an impressive track record with over two decades of experience working with several MSP/RPO solution providers.   Jeff's contributions to the human capital industry are evident through his deep expertise in managing and integrating VMS/ATS solutions and strategies for more than 70 clients.  Over the past five years, Jeff has advised MSPs and direct corporate clients on technology strategy and enterprise innovation with leading SaaS solutions in an executive consulting capacity.

With the acquisition of Talent Tech Labs by Quantum Work Advisory, Jeff has transitioned into a new role, leading the establishment of an Extended Workforce Advisory practice. This practice provides clients, suppliers, and partners with comprehensive strategy and support for their external workforce needs.
