A self-made Entrepreneur and visionary, Johanne Berry ran one of Montreal’s most successful companies for 33 years. She founded in 1985, Tele-Resource’s Staffing Services Ltd and went on to become the Leader in its field. Specializing in permanent recruitment, staffing temporary personnel, Outsourcing services and training, Johanne Berry has over the years, foreseen events, grown and strengthened her client and customer base, given and gained her loyalty, all while opening doors of employment to all of Quebec’s working classes. Johanne and her team have found employment for more than 130 000 people, among them 35% women et 25% immigrants, for over 250 clients.

Since she sold, she is now the founder of Gestion Johanne Berry Inc., an organization that offers Strategic Planning, Organizational diagnostic, Executive and Management Recruitment. In 2025, she created A+ TALENT inc a Staffing and Recruitment firm (giving an opportunity to employees of her past) specialized in AI, Technology, Finance and Accounting, Administration, Life Science, Energy, Transport and Logistics, and Sales etc.) .

Following is some of Johanne Berry’s distinctions and honors of merit: Recipient of the Order of Canada, Recipient of the Hall of Fame – Entrepreneur Club - Council Bosses of Quebec, Recipient of the Excellence Award from the National Association of Recruitment and placement of Canada (ACCESS) to name a few.
