Kent McCrae
President & CEO, Procom Services

Kent McCrea is the President & CEO of Procom Services, a staffing and workforce management firm with operations across North America. Before joining Procom, Kent served as Chief Operating Officer at Edsembli, an ERP software company specializing in solutions for the K-12 education sector. Additionally, he held the position of Director of Equity Research at CIBC World Markets, where he led key market insights and investment strategies.


Recognized for his leadership, Kent received the “Top 40 Under 40” award from the Ottawa Business Journal in 2017. He holds a Master of Business Administration from the Rotman School of Management at the University of Toronto and an Honours Degree in Business Administration from Wilfrid Laurier University. He is also a CFA® Charterholder.

Kent is active in ACSESS and together with senior members of the Procom management team supported NACCB at the executive level from the Association’s inception through to its recent merger with ACSESS.

When not thinking about work, Kent is an avid back country camper and can be found volunteering with Scouts Canada as a leader in the 132nd Cub Pack (Leaside).
